Apartments „Budi“ are built in the shadow of thousands of years old olive groves and they have an amazing view of the Zadar and the channel, which creates a special, mesmerizing atmosphere that remains in your memory for a long time.
Due to the location, the place is really an oasis of peace and tranquillity. All apartments have balconies and terraces with view. Apartments are fully equipped and fulfil all necessary requirements for a pleasant and comfortable holiday. There is a big garden around the house, which is particularly convenient for the children. If you want to prepare some special treats, there is a grill which can be used for preparation of some of our traditional dishes, for example „peka“.

The apartments are situated on the island of Ugljan. One can easily reach the island by ferry from Zadar to Preko (20 minutes). The connections to the mainland are quite good, since there is a ferry line to Zadar all day long. The main island road connects all the places on the island and Poljana is only 3 km away from the port in Preko.
